Cheesy Pesto Pull-Apart Bread

There are many types of pull-apart bread out there...
Garlic Cheddar, Cheddar Bacon Ranch, Buffalo Chicken.
The one I’m sharing with you today is Cheesy Pesto. If you love pesto, you will love this bread! If you’ve never had pesto, I suggest you stop what you’re doing and make this right now!
I’m not a huge fan of sun dried tomato pesto, but I LOVE basil pesto. It’s phenomenal. Trust me.

Ingredients
1 large crusty loaf of bread, unsliced
3/4 c. basil pesto
salt and pepper (to taste)
2 c mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray. Set the bread in the center. Slice the bread carefully, about 1 inch apart, without cutting all the way to the bottom of the loaf! Then slice it going the other direction so that you have lots of little 1 inch squares all over the top.
In a small bowl, mix your pesto and salt and pepper. Using a butter knife, spread the pesto inside the loaf along every sliced part of the bread. (This takes some time and gets a little messy.)
Carefully pull the slices apart and push the cheeses into each little crevice.
Wrap the bread up in the aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Uncover the bread and allow it remain in the oven until the cheese is melted and turns slightly golden in spots.
Let it cool just a bit before serving.
