Creamy Berry Fluff

My sister just became a Pampered Chef consultant so I had a party to help her get started. She did a wonderful job! Along with some other snacks, I made some Rosemary Loaves and this Creamy Berry Fluff to serve my guests. This berry salad (we'll call it salad so that we won't feel guilty devouring the entire bowl in one sitting!) is so creamy and delicious that you'll find yourself making it more than once. The best part? It's extremely simple to throw together! Since you have to let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours to let the berries thaw, it works very well to make this dish the night before, too.

This is all you need to make this yummy fluff!

Beat the room temperature cream cheese until smooth.

Beat in the yogurt.

 Stir in the cool whip.

Add pudding powder and mix well.

 Stir in the frozen berries.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until berries thaw. Gently stir before stirring.

You won't be able to resist this berry goodness!!

Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
1 container (32 oz) vanilla yogurt
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix (cheesecake flavor is awesome, too!)
1 pkg. (16 oz) mixed berries (I've also used only one kind of berry. It's still very good, but I think it's best when there are multiple berry flavors)

Directions

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Blend in yogurt.
Stir in whipped topping.
Thoroughly combine with pudding mix.
Stir in berries.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Gently stir before serving.
