Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Who doesn’t want to wake up in the morning to the aroma of warm banana oatmeal muffins coming straight out of the oven? If you disagreed, you may not have understood the question. My kitchen smells amazing right now! Granted it’s 10pm, but that doesn’t stop me from wanting to go straight to bed right now just so I can get up early to have these scrumptious muffins for breakfast in the morning.  
This recipe is so easy and, bonus...NO FLOUR or OIL!  What healthier way to start your day?!


Ingredients
2 1/2 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 ripe bananas 
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
Spray tin with non-stick cooking spray or use liners. 
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 
Scoop into tins and bake for approx 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
*Made 12 regular muffins and 24 mini muffins for me.
