Easy Crockpot Taco Soup

Who doesn't like a meal that is wholesome, easy, delicious, AND affordable? I know that I do! :) The hardest part about this recipe is opening the cans...I hope you love your can opener! :) Easy Crockpot Taco Soup.

All you will need is: 
 2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans kidney beans
2- 14 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 package Taco Seasoning or about 2 1/2 Tablespoons of a homemade mix
1 package Ranch dip mix

Drain the corn.

Strain and rinse both the pinto and kidney beans.

Pour all ingredients into a crockpot. Cook for at least 6 hours.

Our favorite way to eat this soup is when I serve it over rice and top it with a little (or a lot) of sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese! Delicious AND Easy! :)
