This, honestly, is probably the easiest recipe ever. I decided to make them last minute for the "game day party" after realizing I had all the ingredients. They are super simple with a flavor kick. You can easily switch it up to suit your taste, too.
(We used medium salsa and pepper jack cheese to have a slight spiciness. If you like a lot of heat, go hotter. If you don't like heat, make it with a mild salsa and your favorite cheese. )
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 Tbsp salsa
1 c. cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp chili powder
6-8 tortilla shells
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread evenly on tortillas.
Roll up tightly.
(If you have the time, cover and refrigerate for about an hour to let the cream cheese re-harden a little.)
Slice into about 1/2 inch sections before serving.
